While visiting Buffalo my vehicle was broken into and my rear window was completely shattered. I was concerned about being able to find someone to complete the repair on short notice as I was leaving the next morning and didn't want to drive back to Canada with a missing window. Thankfully I contacted Frontier Glass at 1676 Niagara Falls Blvd as soon as they opened on Saturday morning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy who was quickly able to confirm she could get the replacement glass and told me to bring my vehicle in right away. The repair was done quicker than expected, looked as good as new and the pricing was very competitive. Thank you to Kathy and the staff at Frontier Glass (Amherst/Tonawanda) for saving my trip.

Over the past number of years I've had two windshields replaced on my Grand Marquis. Both times the work was done very professionally and in a timely fashion but what really came across was the old fashioned way of doing business, as it was done 50 years ago. In other words they take great pride in their work and they care about you and your car as if you are friends or family. It does this old timer good to know there are still people like this around.

On my way to Bible Camp a stone flew and hit my windshield. ICalled my Insurance Company and they suggested I call Frontier Glass. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was very professional and was able to schedule me for an appointment that afternoon. Upon arrival he contacted my Insurance Company and helped so that I got approved. While waiting for my car, Cullen kept me informed of the progress. They are really a credit to your company and I would refer family and friends to your business.

My drivers side window on my car wouldn't go up. Had issues with it lately. So I dropped my car off on my lunch to the Cheektowaga Union Road location. At 4pm I received a call stating my car was finished. I was very happy with the service I received that day, and I was happy with Richard who took care of me. He also took the time to explain the issue with my window. They were reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend them and I would gladly go back if there is a need in the future. Thank you.

Great Experience. Was told by Safelite that they could not do the job due to some rust around he frame of the windshield. Went to Frontier and they did the job without hesitation. They did a professional job with great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

To Matt Battleson & George Beckett, I would like to tell you of the wonderful customer service I received from Laurie Stanley at your Transit Rd location. My client is currently away on vacation and had left his vehicle at the Clarion Hotel only to receive a call that his drivers side front window glass was shattered and his car radio was ripped out and stolen. Given that he was away I called in the claim to his insurance carrier. To make a long story short the glass company affiliated with his company could not get anyone out to replace the glass until next week so I looked for another glass company in the Buffalo area and Frontier was referred. Laurie exemplified the best customer service. In the business of dealing with carriers, customers, and repair shops, it's important to notice ones excellent service skills. That would be Laurie.
